    Top Home Design Trends for 2020

    I can’t believe this year is almost over and we are already thinking about the new year. Home decor trends come and go from year to year, and then some just never get old and seem to be timeless. Looking forward to 2020 there are several trends that will probably stay, some that will die out, and then others that will be booming.     One of the most asked questions we continuously get is about our covered porch ceilings. We currently have tongue and groove porch ceilings and will be using the same on our new house. We love the look of adding natural wood elements where we can, and porch ceilings are the perfect place for it. It adds a warm authentic look that contrasts well creating great visual appeal.

    Our current house has a detached garage as you can see in the photo above. This is the first time we’ve had a detached, and I have to say, we’ve really enjoyed it.
