When designing a home office, the first question you should ask is, where should I place the desk? Considering the desk is the most important piece of furniture in the office, desk placement should be the most important part of the design process!

We are so excited to be settling in our new home. It has certainly been a fun adventure planning each room over the past year and it’s so exciting to finally see all of our visions come to life. We took a lot of time planning each room of our home, area by area, inch by inch. We truly tried to plan out every detail, even down to the furniture.

Whether remodeling or building, we all know a kitchen is where it’s at. It is probably one of or could even be the most important room of the home. It’s even been proven that a kitchen can make or break the sale of a home.

I am a firm believer that you can create a high end, expensive look for less. There are places to spend your money, but somewhere that you will often change things up isn’t a very wise place to overspend. If you are like me, I am always changing rugs, pictures, and other home decor items. It is hard for me to justify spending an exaggerative amount on most decor items, well, unless I’m in love with it!
