Who would ever dream that choosing a white interior paint color could be so hard. Whites can be bright, creamy, and even carry some gray tones. Believe me when I say, there are thousands of different shades of white. This can be a daunting task if you don’t have somewhere to start.
An entryway is such an important part of your home. Its where your guests come and go. It’s the first and last place they see when visiting. Its very important to make this area not only beautiful, but welcoming to your guests.
We have started to work our away into designing the interior of each room in our new home. The layout obviously is already there, but this is the fun part when we actually put the pieces together to create the look and feel we are going for.
You might have noticed that occasionally we’ll take on a DIY project, or two. I mean why spend tons of money hiring out a project when you can DIY it yourself. But saving money, isn’t the only reason we DIY. We both have a passion for creating. It’s such a feeling of accomplishment when you complete a project, and can say “Wow! I did that.” It’s just a neat feeling.
I have a feeling that up until the moment we pull the trigger on the paint sprayer, we’ll still be looking for painted brick inspiration. Even though it seems simple enough, there are so many things to consider.
