Choosing the Right Bathroom Vanity for Your Home

Choosing the right bathroom vanity for your home may be challenging if you don’t know where to look or what you exactly are looking for. Vanities come in an array of different sizes, wood tones, and colors. Figuring out what you are looking for and what style you prefer would be the best place to start. After you have accomplished this, you then can start the hunt to find the perfect vanity for your bathroom.

Considering there are several different sizes and styles, I’m going to break down my favorite vanities by color. Within each of these colors and styles, you may want to check and see if they have other options for you if the particular vanity is appealing to you. Here are some of our favorites that hopefully lead you in the right direction to finding one you will love.

White Vanities

I’m starting with a couple of our favorite white vanities because white normally will work for most bathrooms. White is a very safe option that looks really simple, but clean. White vanities also brighten smaller spaces and are great for more of a neutral look.

The Belleair 60″ Double Vanity is definitely one of my favorites. This stunning white vanity comes with sleek brushed nickel hardware and a Calacatta quartz countertop. It was thoughtfully designed with soft closing door glides. It also comes in a gray finish. The price point is very reasonable for this size of vanity.

If you are looking for a smaller white vanity, the 30″ Goodin Vanity is perfect. This vanity will allow you to make the most of your space and offers beautiful aesthetics. The Calcutta Quartz countertop looks amazing and it gives it such an elegant look for the price. This vanity comes in white, blue, and gray.

Light Stained Wood Vanities

Lighter wood vanities are my favorite for adding a feeling of warmth into a bathroom. I love natural wood tones, especially combined with marble surfaces. Adding in some sleek hardware on a lighter wood vanity is also a must!

The Preston Light Oak Vanity is one you will want to check out. This was a contender for our master bath in the flip house. Its beautiful Quartz stone top paired with the aged gold hardware makes for a gorgeous statement in any bathroom. This vanity comes in several different sizes and is at an affordable price.

I’m also loving this Allen+Roth Kennilton Vanity which comes in a variety of sizes. It comes with a white Carrara stone top, but my favorite is the elongated black pulls which give this vanity a unique look.

Dark Stained Wood Vanities

A dark vanity also offers warmth within a bathroom. As much as I love a lighter look, dark vanities are one of my favorite pieces to add to a bathroom. They offer so much personality when included in a bathroom design.

The 52″ Harlow Single Sink Vanity has sleek legs with gleaming brass hardware. The countertop is honed Carrera marble with white grayish veining. Another great attribute to this beautiful vanity is that it has plenty of storage.

I can’t say enough about this 36” Kole Dark Oak Vanity. This vanity has a solid marble top and soft closing drawers. It is a solid engineered wood piece with a gorgeous herringbone design. The vanity’s slim brass handles are also a nice touch.

Black and Dark Blue Vantities

Painted dark vanities definitely offer a more sophisticated personality to a bathroom. They are very sleek and have a modern touch. As you can see, they also look great with contrasting gold hardware.

The Ancerre Designs Elizabeth Vanity is a black vanity with an Italian Carrara white marble top. With its brushed gold hardware, you can see just what an asset this piece would be in a bathroom. It also comes in a double vanity option.

If you are really wanting to make a statement you should look at the Uptown Navy Blue Vanity. It comes with an authentic Carrara marble countertop. Again on this one, you will find gold hardware for that standout finish. This vanity comes in three sizes for you to choose from.
