Every home is different, so we quote each project after our discovery call. The fee depends on the size of the home and how complex the design is, and you’ll have it in writing before any work begins.
Yes. If one of our house plans is close to what you want, starting from it is often quicker and more affordable. Let us know which plan in your inquiry.
No, though it helps. If you’re still looking, we can start with the kind of lot you have in mind and fine-tune the design once you’ve found it.
Most custom plans take about two to three months from our first call to the final set, depending on the size of the home and how quickly decisions come together.
