What printing method do you use for your art prints?

We use the giclée printing method, which ensures a high-quality and long-lasting print that closely replicates the original artwork.

What materials can I choose from for my art print?

You have two choices:

  • Paper
  • Canvas

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Each order is custom-made and will ship within 3-5 business days of your purchase.

How are the art prints packaged for shipping?

Small prints are securely packaged in a stay-flat cardboard envelope to prevent any creases or bends. Larger unframed prints are carefully rolled and packaged in a rigid cardboard mailing tube for maximum protection.

Can I return or exchange my art print if I change my mind?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your print arrives damaged, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to address the issue.

What do I do if my art print arrives damaged?

We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If your print arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with a photo of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Do you offer framing services?

Not at the moment. However, the prints are of standard sizes, making it easy for you to find frames elsewhere.

Is every art print made to order?

Yes, every art print is custom-made upon order, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.

How do I care for my giclée print?

To maintain the vibrancy and quality of your giclée print:

  • Keep out of direct sunlight.
  • If framing, use UV-protective glass.
  • Avoid touching the print surface with bare hands.
  • For canvas prints, occasionally dust with a soft cloth.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order’s progress.

Are the colors on the website accurate to the actual print?

We make every effort to display the colors of our art prints accurately. However, due to variations in computer monitors and settings, the colors you see on your screen might vary slightly from the actual print.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Currently, we offer a range of pre-defined sizes. Custom sizes are not available at this time.
